SMT Equipment Technician

Responsibilities:

Support SMT equipment setup, program loading, line changeover and trial production preparation.
Handle daily equipment inspection, basic maintenance and abnormal troubleshooting.
Work with engineering, production and quality teams on first article confirmation and process improvement.
Record equipment status, production exceptions and follow-up actions according to workshop requirements.

Requirements:

Familiar with SMT production workflow and placement equipment operation.
Experience with SMT line changeover, feeder setup, material verification or equipment maintenance is preferred.
Able to understand production work instructions, BOM information and basic process requirements.
Basic ability to judge equipment alarms, placement offsets, material errors and common line abnormalities.
Strong safety awareness, ESD awareness and willingness to follow workshop discipline.

SMT Operator

Handle PCBA manual soldering, through-hole soldering, wire soldering and component soldering tasks.
Complete soldering work according to process standards, drawings or sample requirements.
Self-check solder joint appearance and cooperate with quality inspection.
Maintain soldering tools, auxiliary materials and workstation cleanliness.

Requirements:

Stable hand soldering skills; able to use soldering irons and common soldering tools.
Experience with PCBA soldering, through-hole soldering or wire soldering is preferred.
Good eyesight, steady hands and strong quality awareness.
Able to identify basic soldering quality issues such as cold solder, insufficient solder and solder bridges.
Able to work according to process documents, samples or verbal production instructions.

PCBA Rework Operator

Inspect and touch up PCBA solder joints after SMT, DIP or manual soldering processes.
Handle solder bridges, insufficient solder, cold solder joints, lifted pins and other common defects.
Cooperate with QC and production teams to confirm rework results.

Requirements:

Experience in PCBA touch-up soldering, rework or repair is preferred.
Able to identify common soldering defects and use soldering tools carefully.
Good quality awareness and patience for detailed inspection work.

QC Inspector

QC, IPQC, OQC or electronics product inspection experience is preferred.
Able to use basic inspection tools and follow inspection standards.

Requirements:

College education or above, CET-4 English preferred.
Strong service awareness, adaptability and communication skills.
More than two years of business or customer coordination experience is preferred.
Familiar with office software and able to organize customer, order and follow-up information clearly.
Electronics manufacturing, PCBA or OEM / ODM project experience is preferred.
Driver's license and ability to support customer visits or external coordination are preferred.
