Founded in 2006, ULIKE is an electronics design and manufacturing service provider based in Shenzhen. The company has grown from circuit board production into an integrated partner covering electronic product R&D, PCB engineering, PCBA manufacturing, testing, assembly and OEM / ODM project delivery.

ULIKE serves product teams that need both engineering response and manufacturing execution. Around motor control, switching power supplies, intelligent automation monitoring, industrial control and embedded electronic products, the team can participate from early-stage scheme review, PCB layout support and BOM evaluation through to sample trial production and batch delivery.

The factory supports SMT, DIP, post-soldering, testing and final assembly, and is equipped with imported placement equipment, automatic solder paste printing, AOI inspection, BGA rework, multi-zone reflow soldering, wave soldering and supporting engineering tools. Production, materials and engineering teams work together to improve manufacturability, control process risk and keep delivery rhythm stable.

Quality management runs through incoming material confirmation, first article inspection, process inspection, functional verification, aging tests and shipment records. For projects with special requirements, ULIKE can coordinate testing fixtures, process documents, packaging standards and traceability records to help customers move from prototype validation to repeatable delivery.
